Diversity Leadership Transcript Program
The Diversity Leadership Transcript Program (DLTP) is a voluntary program for any undergraduate, graduate or professional student interested in enhancing his/her OSU experience with a concentration on diversity and leadership in the classroom and through co-curricular involvement. It encourages students to gain scholarly expertise in diversity as well as to participate in skill building and community involvement.
The Diversity Leadership Transcript Program stresses diversity training through coursework and experiential learning, and supports students' development of reflective judgment and critical thinking on cultural identity and personal values.
This program is run through Ohio State’s Multicultural Center.
